Spa Hour Booking

Scheduling a Spa Hour or Spa Social is just like scheduling a normal Appointment or Party, but it will take place virtually. This allows you to work your business anywhere, as your Spa Socialite {your hostess} and their entourage {their guests} do not need to be local. 

 

You can put together Pamper Packs for each guest who pre registers on your website before the Social. You will include samples of the products that you will be talking about during the event. You can drop them off at their door if they live locally or stick them in the mail. You can choose if you want to request that they cover shipping.

 

When you have them pre register on your website, it gives you all their info and you can instruct them to answer the profile questions about their skin- This takes place of them filling out their profile card, and eliminates you needing to input all their info into InTouch. Tell them you need them to do this so that you know what to put in their Pamper Pack and where to deliver it, whether you are mailing it or dropping it off.​
 

Example Pamper Pack:

  • Cleanser

  • Day Cream

  • Night Cream

  • Eye Cream 

  • Charcoal Mask

  • CC Cream 

ADD INS:

  • Pamper Pack Printable Insert

  • Spa Hour Printable Instructions

  • Pamper Paper

  • Your Business Card

  • A Headband

  • Any other additional goodies 

Holding Virtual Events:

 

Using the Zoom app on your computer or any device you choose, is one of the best ways to connect because everyone can see each other’s faces. Each guest will be in her own home, with her Pamper Pack of the samples you put together for her. She will try each sample as you educate her on it, just like you would when you demo the products in person. If a guest does not have a Pamper Pack, she is still able to watch everyone else and learn about the products along with the group.

Hey {Name}! I pray that you and your fam are doing well! I want to spread some joy while we are in this season. We all have our own gifts- I don’t know how to sew masks or have a stockpile of TP that I can give out, 😂 but I DO know how to pamper and provide comfort! So I am giving out free Stay Home Pamper Packs, full of in home spa treatments. Totally free. I know that now more than ever women need to feel connected and cared about, and a little pampering can be good for us physically and emotionally. Is this something that would bless you?
If she says NO:

Ok! No problem! Do you know anyone this gift could bless and I can pass it on to them?
When she says YES:

Awesome! These Pamper Packs have been so much fun! This Package comes with a free 3D Skin Analysis Scan that can be done virtually, and a free Spa Hour Session. The scan will show us what is happening underneath your skin. We will connect over Zoom for your Spa Hour and go over the results of your scan. You will also be able to experience the Spa Products that came in your package. I will walk you through how to use them and what they are doing for your skin while you try them. Let's schedule the Zoom and then I can get you your Pamper Pack! What time of the day would work best to schedule the Zoom? Morning, Afternoon or Evening? Are there certain days that work better than others? {Or if you have a limited schedule, you can say- I have _____ or _____ available}

Perfect, I have you down for {date} at {time}. Are you craving girlfriend time right now? We could turn this into a Spa Social if you want. You can share the Zoom link with some friends or family and they can jump in with us after we go over your scan results. They would each get their own Pamper Pack so they could experience the spa treatments too, and you will get some extra goodies in yours! You can give up to 5 additional Pamper Packs. Do you know anyone else who would benefit from some pampering?

When she says YES:

Ok great- I will need each of you to go to my website to register for your Pamper Pack by {date & time}, so I know what to put in it and where to send it. {Attached the Pamper Pack Registration Image} Send me your guest list by {date & time}, so I can watch for their registrations. This will be fun! Once you get registered I will get your Package sent out and send you the info for your Scan. 

If she says No:

Ok! I am looking forward to some one on one time with you! 💕 You can go to my website to register for your Pamper Pack by {date & time}, so I know what to put in it and where to send it. {Attached the Pamper Pack Registration Image} Once you get registered I will get your Package sent out and send you the info for your Scan. 


 

Step 1: Go to www.glambossgraphics.com and Login

Step 2: Go to your Dashboard > Marketing > Spa Hour

After the Pamper Pack has been mailed/delivered, reach out and say...

To the Spa Socialite or for an Individual Spa Session:

Hey {Name}! Your Pamper Pack is on it's way! I am so excited to get to connect with you! There will be instructions in your package. It will tell you to download the Mary Kay Skin Analyzer App. When we connect on {date & time} I will walk you through the scan process, but it will go faster if the app is downloaded ahead of time. I know it's going to be hard to wait to dig into the treatments but you will want to save them for your session, so I can teach you how to use them ;) For extra credit- you can watch this short video before we connect and jot down some questions to ask me about MK, and I will have a gift card for you to use at your session! {Insert link to an opportunity video}

If she is a Spa Socialite {aka your Hostess} then tell her you will have her jump on the zoom 30 min early to walk her through the scan and go over her results with her. You can mention during the Spa Social to the guests that the two of you met before the Social started and that they will all get the opportunity to book their Scan Analysis Session with you at the end.

To Spa Social Guest:
